At Abacus Sportswear we have been developing apparel for golfers for over 30 years. Our garments are available worldwide and especially our functional clothing, such as hybrids and rainwear, have been noticed and received multiple awards over the years. Our rainwear is preferred by Tour players, golf national teams and is worn by staff at the venerable St. Andrews Links Golfclub.

In the abacus® School of Rain, we have gathered much of the knowledge and experience we have collected during the years, about what really makes a difference on a rainy day at the golf course. We want to make it easier for you to choose rainwear that allows you to focus on your game – whatever the weather.
Make a difference – choose sustainably
To make your garments (or shoes and other waterproof equipment) last longer and to make sure functions like waterproofness and breathability are maintained you can use an after-treatment on your investments. The most common way is to use a spray-on or a wash-in treatment. When caring for your waterproof garments, we highly recommend that you use organic protection, degradable by nature and free from PFAS and aggressive chemicals.
Abacus Sportswear work in partnership with Swedish company OrganoTex®, who have developed unique, patented after-treatments for waterproof shoes and apparel, that can prolong the lifetime of your waterproofs with a minimal ecological footprint.
